Glen and Alex were great to work with. Very responsive, easy to schedule, their quote was less than others I got, and most importantly their gutter fab and install was flawless. Great local company!Posted on Google![]()

The Pro-Flow Gutters Company replaced all my gutters and downspouts in October 2024. When I recently reported a water intrusion issue, Glen, the owner, responded promptly and scheduled an inspection within two days. Glen’s initial theory was that a sealant used at the junction where the downspout, T-Rex, and gutter meet might have caused the water intrusion. He personally investigated the issue rather than delegating it to his team and discovered another sealant inside the gutter that may have restricted water flow. That sealant had likely been applied by my roofing company during a previous roofing modification. To resolve the problem, Glen removed all the sealant, then replaced the existing T-Rex with a new one after creating a proper downspout opening instead of using any sealant. The result looks clean and professional. I was also pleased to see that he used a brand-new T-Rex piece instead of reusing or patching the old one. In addition, his team member, Alex, was very kind and took the time to locate and pick up many nails left behind by my roofing company. I truly appreciated Glen and his team’s prompt response, thorough investigation, and high-quality workmanship.Posted on Google![]()

We had a gutter hit by tree branch - was going to replace all the gutters . We called Pro Flo Gutters , Glen and Alex came out and suggested not to replace them all just the damaged areas and a couple down spouts that were not working properly . They saved us a ton of money by being honest . We had another company come out for a bid and they wanted over $ 4,ooo.oo . We can't thank them enough because we are SC and are on a fixed income - Great Family owned Bus We suggest them to all of our family and friendsPosted on Google![]()

They were so responsive when I asked for a quote. They scheduled me right away and came out and did an excellent job! They are professional, friendly, and do super work. I am very pleased and will recommend them to everyone. The cost was literally half of what one of the "name brand" outfits quoted me. These guys are the best!Posted on Google![]()

Commercial and farm buildings usually have large, open roofs, so each gutter collects far more water than on a house. That usually calls for 6-inch gutters and oversized (3×4) downspouts, and often more downspouts than the building started with. We measure your roof and size the gutters to match, instead of copying whatever was there before.
What commercial buildings do we work on?
Shops and workshops
Working buildings with metal or shingle roofs, where water down the wall gets in the way of the work.
Barns and machine sheds
Large sloped roofs. Bigger gutters, with downspouts placed to stay clear of doors and vehicle paths.
RV and equipment shelters
Often built without gutters, then fitted with them once the ground beside them turns to mud every winter.
Multi-unit residential
Duplexes, fourplexes and small apartment buildings, where one gutter problem can affect several tenants.
Small commercial buildings
Offices, stores and light industrial buildings. We can work outside business hours when needed.
Outbuildings and additions
The buildings that get forgotten until water gets into stored equipment.
How do we plan a commercial gutter system?
- We start with roof size and slope. Gutter size depends on how much water comes off the roof and how fast, not on how long the roof edge is.
- Most buildings like these start with 6-inch gutters and oversized (3×4) downspouts.
- We place downspouts around how you use the building, so you don’t end up with one in front of a garage door.
- We plan where the water goes. Large roofs shed a lot of water, and dumping it at the base of a slab causes real damage.
- We agree on access and timing up front so the work doesn’t disrupt your business.
Do gutter guards work on commercial roofs?
They’re worth considering if the building is under trees, or if it’s hard to get a ladder up safely, which is common on tall shop buildings. The savings on cleaning are usually bigger than on a house, because the gutters are longer. More on gutter guards.
The same crew handles seamless gutter installation, downspouts and underground drainage and gutter guards for shops, barns and multi-unit buildings across Snohomish County.
Common questions
Do you work on metal roofs?
Yes. Water runs off metal roofs fast, so gutter size and placement matter even more. Water can shoot right over a gutter that was placed for a shingle roof.
Can you invoice a business or property manager?
Yes. Tell us at the estimate who should get the invoice, and we’ll set it up that way.
How far do you travel for commercial work?
We work across Snohomish, King and Skagit Counties. Larger jobs further away are often possible, so call and ask.
