Glen and Alex were great to work with. Very responsive, easy to schedule, their quote was less than others I got, and most importantly their gutter fab and install was flawless. Great local company!

The Pro-Flow Gutters Company replaced all my gutters and downspouts in October 2024. When I recently reported a water intrusion issue, Glen, the owner, responded promptly and scheduled an inspection within two days. Glen’s initial theory was that a sealant used at the junction where the downspout, T-Rex, and gutter meet might have caused the water intrusion. He personally investigated the issue rather than delegating it to his team and discovered another sealant inside the gutter that may have restricted water flow. That sealant had likely been applied by my roofing company during a previous roofing modification. To resolve the problem, Glen removed all the sealant, then replaced the existing T-Rex with a new one after creating a proper downspout opening instead of using any sealant. The result looks clean and professional. I was also pleased to see that he used a brand-new T-Rex piece instead of reusing or patching the old one. In addition, his team member, Alex, was very kind and took the time to locate and pick up many nails left behind by my roofing company. I truly appreciated Glen and his team’s prompt response, thorough investigation, and high-quality workmanship.

We had a gutter hit by tree branch - was going to replace all the gutters . We called Pro Flo Gutters , Glen and Alex came out and suggested not to replace them all just the damaged areas and a couple down spouts that were not working properly . They saved us a ton of money by being honest . We had another company come out for a bid and they wanted over $ 4,ooo.oo . We can't thank them enough because we are SC and are on a fixed income - Great Family owned Bus We suggest them to all of our family and friends

They were so responsive when I asked for a quote. They scheduled me right away and came out and did an excellent job! They are professional, friendly, and do super work. I am very pleased and will recommend them to everyone. The cost was literally half of what one of the "name brand" outfits quoted me. These guys are the best!

Most gutter problems are in one spot, like a leaky joint, a loose hanger, a blocked downspout or one damaged section. They can usually be repaired for a fraction of the cost of new gutters. We come out, find the cause and quote the repair. If your gutters really are worn out, we’ll tell you that too.

Replacement gutter run on a Snohomish County property

What gutter problems do we repair?

Leaking seams and corners

The sealant at corners and downspout openings wears out over time. Resealing them properly, instead of adding more caulk over old caulk, usually fixes the leak for years.

Sagging gutters

This almost always means hangers or nails have pulled loose. We can rehang the gutter on brackets that run its full length, so it doesn’t sag again.

Gutters pulling away from the house

Usually the fascia (the board your gutters attach to) has rotted. The gutter is just the symptom. We replace rotted fascia boards as part of the repair, then rehang the gutter on solid wood. We’ll show you what’s going on before we quote.

Overflow in one spot

Often a downspout problem, not a gutter problem. The downspout may be partly blocked, too small, or the gutter may slope the wrong way.

Storm and branch damage

We can replace one damaged section and match the color to the rest. We make gutters on site, so matching your existing seamless gutters is easy.

Downspout failures

Loose elbows, crushed sections, and underground drain connections that have come apart or clogged. More on downspouts

My gutters overflow but they’re clean. What’s wrong?

This is the most common call we get, and dirt is rarely the cause. Here are the usual reasons, most likely first:

  • The downspout is partly blocked, often lower down or where it enters an underground drain.
  • The gutter slopes the wrong way, so water pools at one end.
  • The downspout opening is too small for the amount of roof draining into it.
  • The gutter is too small for your roof.
  • Water shoots over the gutter on a steep roof, so the gutter needs repositioning.

Each one has a different fix, and most aren’t expensive.

When do we recommend replacement instead of repair?

  • Store-bought gutters leaking at several joints. If three of ten joints leak, fixing them just means waiting for the next one.
  • Widespread rot in the board behind the gutter. The gutter has to come off anyway.
  • Gutters that have been repaired again and again. At some point the aluminum is too worn to fix.
  • Gutters that are too small for the roof. If a 5-inch gutter has always overflowed, no repair will fix that.
